Pigee is an AI-powered shipping assistant that allows hotels to act as shipping agents for their guests. Hotels can generate revenue by offering packaging and shipping services for:
- Travel shopping guests can’t carry

- Special deliveries like personal shopping or gift shipments
No app is needed for guests. The hotel handles the process, and guests can choose to download the Pigee app later to track their delivery.
📝 Step-by-Step Setup for Hotels
1. Create a Pigee Business Account
- Go to https://account.pigeepost.com or download the Pigee app.
- Sign up using your hotel business name and contact details.
- Choose “Hotel” during onboarding.
- Use the most senior team member or project lead email for the initial account.
2. Add Staff or Team Members
- In your Pigee dashboard, go to “Team Settings”.
- Click “Add Staff” and invite colleagues via email.
- Assign roles: Such as Admin or Operator.
- Each staff member can log in from their own device or use a shared device.
3. Set Your Packaging & Service Fee
- Go to Settings > Pricing & Fees
- Enter Packaging Fee (e.g. $5–$10 per parcel)
- Enter Service Fee (e.g. 15% of shipping cost)
These fees are added to the guest’s final shipping bill. These fees can be withdrawn as a source of revenue from your Pigee account wallet directly into your bank account.

📦 How to Arrange a Shipment for a Guest
Step 1: Collect the Item
- Package it or use hotel-branded packaging
- Take a photo (optional)
- Get item details: weight, dimensions, destination address
Step 2: Use the Pigee AI Shipping Assistant
- Log in to the Pigee Web or App dashboard
- Go to “Post a Parcel” for Web

Step 3: Share Payment Link
- Choose the best rate, and Pigee generates a payment link

- Print shipping label directly from the dashboard
